2021 Advanced Performance Training (APT)  Baseball

The Advanced Performance Training (APT) is a new and exciting opportunity for athletes. Developed and overseen by Certified Strength Coach Tanner Gussert, this program will push athletes to become bigger, faster, and stronger.


ATP has grown from an afterschool program into a full-fledged speed/weight training program. Built into three, 8-week phases, ATP is set to mimic a true professional offseason. Each phase offers 32 hours of specialty training.


Possibly the best part of the program is watching the kids own their development. It makes them build a routine to balance school, baseball, and extracurricular activities. Not only does it push them physically but adds responsibility to work in groups, be consistent and on time.


Cost: $400 per phase


Group Size: 20 athletes


Session Length: 2 hours


Total Sessions: 16 (32 hours)


Days: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday


Times:


Phase 1: Week of September 27th - Week of November 15th (2x per week) 

Phase 2: Week of November 29th - Week of January 24th (2x per week)

Phase 3: Week of January 31st - Week of March 10th (2x per week)


*People who are in the ATP program will have priority option to continue training into the next phase. If an athlete forfeits their spot, we will then fill from a wait list.
